My commissions are black ink drawings of homes and storefronts. Interior views can be done as well, if enough photos are readily available. Click here to see my previous commission work.

Standard sizes + prices:

• 8”x10” Home Portrait: $250-275, depending on level of detail (see below)

• 8”x10” Storefront Portrait: $175-225, depending on level of detail (see below)

• 8”x10” Interior View: starting at $250

• Additional Prints: Half price when purchased with a commission

Custom sizes may be available upon request.

What I’ll need from you:

• Location address

• Photos - I can often use Google Streetview, but the more the merrier!

• Any details of the location you’d like to include/omit.

I do ask for payment upfront. After all details are decided, I will email you a photo of my rough sketch for your approval, before I start with pen. As my schedule varies, I will keep in touch with you individually about my timeline. Typically, each drawing requires 2-4 weeks (as I do also have a full time job in Architecture).

I do not sell my artwork framed - there are too many styles + options out there to choose from! I recommend your local framer, Framebridge for something unique or Target for more affordable ones.
