Shipping

All print orders will be shipped within 3-5 days. All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Commissions will typically be ready four weeks from purchase, but dates will be confirmed after all details are decided.

I currently only ship to the U.S. To ship to other countries, visit my Etsy Shop.

I am not able to consistently offer local pickup, but please contact me if you’re in a rush.

Lost / Stolen Packages: If you received a notification that your order was delivered but it hasn’t arrived, please wait a few days for it to show up. USPS sometimes scans packages before they are delivered. If it doesn’t turn up after a few days, please contact your local USPS. We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages.

Any package returned to sender due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges (and product, if applicable), which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Commissions

I require payment upfront for individual orders - for special orders, invoices will be discussed.

The rough draft sketch can be reworked, at my discretion. Nailing down all key details before I start will help us both out.

If communication from you (the client) is not in a timely manner, I will not be able to complete your commission in the time originally quoted.

The commission is final sale/cannot be returned.

Additional prints of a commission can be made available for family/friends to purchase - please contact me if you’re interested about hearing more.

The Artist reserves the right to sell prints of commission drawings. If this is not something you would like, please discuss over email an additional cost for removing that right.

Purchaser of the commission may not reproduce the drawing in any way, without the express permission from the Artist.

Returns

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any concerns about your order by emailing hello@maddie-laberge.com.

Disclaimer

All drawings are handmade (or digital prints) and therefore have a handmade, quirky quality to the drawing (i.e. imperfect lines, overlapping corner lines..).

ANALYTICS: This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including information about your browser, network, and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; your IP address.

VISITOR DATA: When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your billing and shipping address, details relating to your purchase, email address, name and phone number. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

FORM BLOCKS: When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Google for storage.
